New to MyMedicalLocker?

1. At the time of making your appointment, our staff will take you through the steps necessary to create and link your MyMedicalLocker account to our medical records system.
2. You will receive a text message with a one time use unique code which you will verbally read back to our staff over the phone to complete the linking process.
3. Once linked, our medical records system will send you a text message with a website url to create a new account.

Your MyMedicalLocker Account

Once set up, you may log in to the MyMedicalLocker patient portal at any time to access any of the following features:

• Messaging to the doctors with questions
• Messaging for prescription refills
• Requesting an appointment and reviewing future appointments
• Updating medical history, allergies, medications, pharmacy, physicians
• Reviewing visit summaries
• Reviewing statements and paying for your bills on-line
• Signing necessary treatment forms
